*Duties*

* Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance and farm machinery maintenance.
* Hauling grain with semis.
* Light fabrication
* Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, tractors, combines, semis, sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, and other farm and construction machinery proficently, safely and efficiently.
* Perform equipment repairs and routine maintenance using hand tools, power tools, welding skills, and basic mechanical knowledge.
* Supervise or assist with other farm workers in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

*Requirements*

* Proven supervising or team-leading experience in an agricultural or farm setting is preferred.
* Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery repair and maintenance is essential.
* CDL not required but is a plus
* Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, tractors, and power tools safely.
* Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
* Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, and inventory management.
