*Responsibilities*
* Operate meat cutting tools and machinery with precision, following established safety protocols and knife skills.
* Assist in the processing and preparation of beef cuts, ensuring adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards for food safety.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food industry sanitation requirements.
* Support packaging operations by assembling, labeling, and sealing meat products efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
* Monitor production lines for consistency, quality, and safety, reporting any issues or deviations immediately.
* Follow all food safety procedures, including proper handling of raw meat and sanitation practices to prevent contamination.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards in a food processing plant environment.
*Skills*
* Knowledge of safety regulations sanitation practices within a food processing plant.
* Experience with HACCP protocols and food safety standards in the meat or food industry.
* Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment used in food processing.
* Proficiency in knife skills, meat cutting techniques, and general food production processes. Willing to train individuals without experience.
* Ability to operate packaging machinery efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
* Familiarity with food industry regulations concerning meat handling and processing.
* Teamwork skills combined with attention to detail to ensure safe and efficient operations.
