Farm and Ranch Hand

Job Description

Duties:
– Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the ranch
– Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as needed
– Utilize basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
– Operate power tools and hand tools for various tasks
– Demonstrate mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
– Operate heavy equipment for ranch operations, such as tractors or loaders
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
– Assist with cattle and calving as well as seeding and harvest responsibilites, along with other daily responsibilites

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
– Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
– Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
– Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
– Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
