Join our dynamic farm team as a Farm Hand/Laborer and become a vital part of our agricultural operations! You will be responsible for assisting with daily farm chores, operating heavy equipment, maintaining farm machinery, and caring for livestock. *Responsibilities*
* Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, moving supplies, and installing equipment to support daily farm operations.
* Operate agricultural machinery including tractors, forklifts, semis and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assist with animal husbandry duties, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of livestock.
* Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery with assistance
* Follow strict safety standards in all aspects of production, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in farming or agricultural settings with knowledge of crop production and animal care.
* Skilled in operating farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, semi trucks and other heavy equipment; CDL will be needed
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for outdoor work environments.
* Experience with livestock handling is preferred
* Strong understanding of safety standards in agricultural production to ensure a secure working environment.
