*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Farm Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily farm operations, care for livestock, and operate farm equipment and tractor/trailers. Must have experience with cattle and experience operating farm equipment. Must be able to work independently and have good communication skills. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily farm operations

Assist with feeding and working cattle

Monitor cattle health

Assist with maintaining fencing and general property maintenance

Assist with grain planting and harvesting

Operate and maintain tractors, farm equipment, and farm autos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
