Greenhouse Team Member

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available

We’re looking for reliable, motivated team members to join our greenhouse team! No previous greenhouse experience is required—we’re willing to train the right individuals who have a positive attitude and are ready to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working in a team environment.

What You’ll Do
Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants
Water plants and assist with irrigation
Monitor plant health and report any concerns
Harvest plants and prepare them for shipment
Prepare soil, planting trays, and growing materials
Keep the greenhouse clean, organized, and safe
Assist with daily greenhouse operations and other tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
No previous greenhouse experience required—we will train!
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Gardening, plant care, agriculture, or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required
Weekend availability as needed
