Custom Applicator in Weyers Cave, VA

Come Grow With Us! Houff Corporation is an agricultural and industrial services company, serving businesses and farms throughout the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. We are currently looking for a full-time applicator to apply liquid and dry fertilizers and crop protectants on area farms. Job duties include custom application, CDL driving, and fertilizer plant support.

Preferred candidates will have agricultural experience and currently hold or be able to obtain a Class A CDL.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate or tend equipment used in fertilizer and chemical application such nurse trucks or applicators
• Operate Commercial Motor Vehicle following DOT regulations
• Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s License and Commercial Applicator License (company will train and assist)
• Other duties as assigned
