1. We Are a Listing Service Only

FarmingWork Equipment is a classified advertising platform. We provide a marketplace where sellers can post listings for farm equipment and buyers can browse those listings. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, appraise, buy, sell, or broker any equipment listed on this site.

2. Buyer Responsibility & Due Diligence

Before purchasing any equipment found through this site, buyers are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the identity of the seller
• Physically inspecting the equipment or arranging for a qualified inspector to do so
• Confirming the seller holds clear title and that the equipment is free of liens
• Independently researching the fair market value
• Using secure, traceable payment methods (never wire transfers or gift cards to unknown parties)
• Meeting in a safe, public location or conducting any in-person exchange with appropriate precautions

FarmingWork Equipment makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing. All listings are posted by third-party users and have not been independently verified by us.

3. Fraud & Scam Awareness

Be alert to common fraud patterns, including:

• Prices that seem significantly below market value
• Sellers who are unwilling to meet in person or allow an inspection
• Requests for payment via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards
• Sellers claiming to be out of state or overseas and offering to ship equipment sight-unseen
• Pressure to act quickly before others "buy it first"

If a deal feels too good to be true, it probably is. When in doubt, walk away.

4. Report Suspicious Listings

If you encounter a listing you believe is fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise in violation of these terms, please report it to us immediately:

Include the listing URL, a brief description of your concern, and any supporting details. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

5. Seller Responsibility

By posting a listing, sellers represent that:

• They have the legal right to sell the equipment
• All listing information is accurate and not misleading
• The equipment exists and matches the description provided
• They will not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct

We reserve the right to remove any listing and ban any user at our sole discretion, without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmingWork Equipment and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any transaction facilitated through it. Your use of this service is at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
