We are looking for a candidate dedicated to helping local farmers feed the world. This means working when the farmer needs us which at times can be any day of the week or hour of the day.
Responsibilities will include: managing a team of employees that apply fertilizer and chemicals to farmers fields. Create daily and weekly schedules for employees workload. Make sure all appropriate documentation and invoicing is completed. Assisting with inventory controls.
Qualifications needed: Good time management and multi-tasking abilities, spreadsheet and erp computer abilities, agricultural background or familiarity, familiarity with custom application of agronomy products, organized and detail oriented.

Work hours: Non-peak times of the year will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Will expand to 7 days at week at peak times of the year based off the workload.
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
