Primary Responsibilities
*Lodge Management & Guest Services:*
* Oversee daily lodge operations and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
* Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
* Plan and prepare meals for lodge guests, with ability to cook for groups of up to 16 people.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all lodge areas, kitchen, and common spaces
* Stock and organize supplies efficiently
*Maintenance & Ranch Operations:*
* Perform general maintenance on lodge facilities and equipment
* Conduct lawn mowing, grounds upkeep, and seasonal yard work
* Complete basic repairs and troubleshooting as needed
* Assist with ranch hand duties as required
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience cooking for groups or in a kitchen setting
* Strong organizational and housekeeping skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
* Experience with lawn care and basic maintenance
* Physical capability to perform outdoor work
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable transportation (on-site housing available)
Preferred Qualifications
* Ranch or hospitality experience
* Knowledge of property maintenance and repairs
Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour
