Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Mixer Driver and become a vital part of building strong, durable structures! In this energetic role, you will operate heavy-duty concrete mixers and other construction vehicles to deliver high-quality concrete to various job sites. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and safe work environments. *Duties*
* Safely operate commercial vehicles such as concrete mixers, dump trucks, and loaders to transport materials to construction sites
* Coordinate with site managers and crew members to ensure timely delivery of concrete and materials
* Maintain and inspect heavy equipment including excavators, rebar installation tools, and concrete pumps for optimal performance
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of concrete forms, rebar placement, and finishing tasks as needed on-site
* Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, vehicle driving, and construction site procedures
* Complete delivery logs, maintenance reports, and safety documentation accurately and promptly
* Support other construction activities such as paving, concrete finishing, and site cleanup when required
*Skills*
* Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and concrete pumps in a construction environment
* Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle operation including concrete mixers, dump trucks, and related machinery
* Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, paving processes, and concrete finishing methods
* Mechanical aptitude for inspecting and troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively
* Ability to navigate construction sites safely while adhering to all safety standards and regulations
* Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors
* Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required
