*Purdy Ranch – Ranch Hand / General Operations*
Purdy Ranch is a multi-generational working cattle ranch in Northwest Montana, rooted in tradition, stewardship, and hard work. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team and support day-to-day ranch operations.
*What You’ll Do:*
You’ll be involved in all aspects of ranch life, including livestock care and handling, feeding, fencing, irrigation, equipment operation, and general property maintenance. Work will vary with the seasons—calving, shipping, haying, and winter feeding—so flexibility and a willingness to jump in wherever needed is key.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with cattle and equipment preferred (but willing to train the right person)
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Valid driver’s license
