*Gordon Farms* is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our farming
operation. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term career where they will be valued and treated well.
*About Us*
Modern row crop farm producing *corn, soybeans, and sugarbeets*.
*Responsibilities*
* Operate farm machinery (tractors, skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment)
* Perform a variety of daily farm tasks
* Assist area farms by
* Driving semi trucks or grain carts during harvest
* Helping operate the grain handling system
* Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on farm equipment
* Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
* Work longer hours during planting and harvest seasons
*Qualifications*
General mechanical and farm experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train a motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
