*Job Overview*
* This job covers just about everything you’d expect on a farm: running equipment, fixing things, working with bins, and being ready to step in wherever needed. We use John Deere and Claas equipment and take care of our own grain handling with on-site bins and scales.
We want someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in doing things right.
*Duties*
* Operate and maintain farm equipment, including forklifts and irrigation systems.
* Participate in planting, spraying, and harvesting crops.
* Perform basic welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs.
* Work with other farm workers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
* Assist with irrigation processes to maintain optimal crop growth.
*Experience*
Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in the following areas:
* Previous farm or harvest experience preferred – especially with row crops, grain handling, or running equipment during busy seasons.
* Working with team members to promote efficient workflow.
* Basic math skills for managing supplies and resources.
* Mechanical knowledge related to farm equipment operation and maintenance.
