Responsibilities
* Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting corn and soybeans
* Feed, water, and monitor livestock
* Operate tractors and farm equipment safely
* Mow, rake, bale hay
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and farm buildings
* Repair fencing and maintain property grounds
* Deliver/Haul Grain
* Follow farm safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications
* Previous farm or agricultural experience preferred (not required)
* Ability to operate or learn to operate tractors and equipment
* Valid driver’s license required
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
* Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Willingness to work extended hours during planting and harvest
Schedule
* Flexible scheduling available
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability during peak seasons
