*Job Description – Farm Hand (Full-Time)*

We’re looking for a full-time Farm Hand to join our team across our properties in Monroe and Manalapan, NJ, including *Petal and Pine Flower Farm* and *The Village at Anne Ellen / Christmas Tree Farm*.

This is a hands-on, physical position working outdoors in all conditions. You’ll be part of the day-to-day operations that keep both farms running and growing.

*No experience needed — we will train.*

*Hours:*

* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Weekend availability required during peak seasons

*Responsibilities:*

* General farm work including planting, harvesting, and field maintenance
* Lifting, moving, and transporting materials (plants, supplies, equipment)
* Assisting with setup and upkeep of displays and guest areas
* Supporting operations at both the flower farm and tree farm/village
* Helping wherever needed, this is an all-hands-on-deck role

*Requirements:*

* Must be able to lift and perform physical labor throughout the day
* Comfortable working outdoors in heat, dirt, and varying weather conditions
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
* Ability to travel between farm locations (approximately 10 minutes apart)
* Reliable, hardworking, and friendly

This position may rotate between our flower farm and tree farm/village depending on seasonal needs.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
