*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in farming and equipment operating, with the ability to operate various farm machinery and tools. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for working in the agricultural field. The farm hand will play a crucial role in maintaining the farm’s operations and ensuring the health and productivity of the crops and equipment around the farm.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist in daily farm operations including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
* Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, planters, sprayers, combines, and assorted haying equipment.
* Perform equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks.
* Supervise other farm workers as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
* Maintain accurate records of farming activities including crop yields and spray records.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in farming or agriculture is expected.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on a daily basis.
* Basic math skills for record keeping and measuring purposes.
* Having a valid CDL or the ability to acquire one is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
