*Responsibilities*

* Assist with daily farm chores
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and power tools.
* Perform equipment repairs and basic mechanical maintenance to ensure machinery remains in optimal condition.
* Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy loads, planting, harvesting, and general farm up keep
* Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures for animals and equipment while promoting a safe working environment.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in farming or agricultural work with knowledge of crop cultivation
* Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, agricultural tractors, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently.
* Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and troubleshooting mechanical issues
* Experience with manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and the use of hand tools or power tools.
* Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments to ensure compliance and prevent accidents.
* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or feeding schedules, and inventory
