Farm Operations Assistant – Hands-On, Teachable, Regenerative Agriculture

We are looking for a hardworking, mechanically minded person to join our farm team. The right fit is someone who may be younger but has grown up around tools, trucks, livestock, or construction, and is comfortable tackling a wide variety of hands-on jobs.

This role requires someone who:

• Has natural experience or exposure to plumbing, electrical, fencing, construction, engines, and hauling.
• Can troubleshoot problems on the fly and use practical common sense.
• Is teachable and eager to learn — ready to take direction from the farm owner without ego or head-butting.
• Believes deeply in regenerative agriculture, pasture-based systems, and the hard work it takes to care for land and animals in the right way.
• Brings a positive, can-do presence even when things break, animals get out, or weather makes the job tough.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
