Farm and Ranch Hand

Eckhardt Farms is looking for a dependable, hard-working, well-rounded Farm and Ranch Hand to join their operation in Goodland, Kansas.

The ideal applicant would be flexible and enjoy a wide variety of tasks every day.

Farm and Ranch Hand Compensation & Benefits:

• $18-24 per hour
• 10 days of Paid Time Off
• Health Insurance Stipend

Farm and Ranch Hand Job Duties Include:

• Feed Cattle
• Process Cattle
• Identify sick cattle and administer vaccines
• Clean pens
• Spread manure
• Assist with planting crops
• Irrigate and maintain pivots
• Chop silage
• General equipment maintenance and repairs
• Must have the ability to drive a Semi-Truck

Farm and Ranch Hand Schedule: Hours vary based on season.

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday

A Class A CDL is not required, but preferred. The Farm and Ranch Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
