Sea View Farm is seeking a *Farm Technician* to join our Farming Operations team. This hands-on permanent role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy machinery, and contributing to a dynamic agricultural environment.

*What You’ll Do*

* Operate planting, harvesting, and storage equipment according to seasonal requirements.
* Perform daily lubrication, routine maintenance, and seasonal servicing of farm machinery and trucks.
* Conduct pre-season and in-season repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
* Prepare and clean equipment and facilities before and after use, including warehouse setup for storage season.
* Assist with additional operational projects as needed.

*What We’re Looking For*

*Education:* High School Diploma (required)

*Experience:*

* Class D driver’s license
* Farming experience (preferred)
* Heavy equipment operation experience (preferred)
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Excellent work ethic and ability to be a reliable team player.
* Adaptability to work in varying weather conditions and changing priorities.
* Flexibility to work extended hours throughout planting and harvesting seasons.
