Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Farm Worker to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating and maintaining farm machinery, managing field tasks, and assisting with irrigation systems.

This is a full-time, year-round position with on-site accommodation available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tractors, harvesters, loaders, and other agricultural machinery.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.

• Assist with irrigation setup, operation, and maintenance (drip, sprinkler, or flood systems).

• Prepare fields, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to seasonal schedules.

• Handle fertilizers, pesticides, and other inputs safely and efficiently.

• Follow all safety and farm management protocols.

• Support general farm upkeep, property maintenance, and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating tractors and other heavy farm machinery.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of irrigation systems and field moisture management.

• Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor conditions.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
