Farm Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Farm Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various farm operations, including crop cultivation, equipment maintenance and operation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values hands-on skills, mechanical knowledge is a bonus. Candidates with little knowledge can be trained.

Wage can be adjusted depending on experience and skills

Duties

• Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop management using heavy equipment.
• Operate farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, irrigation systems, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine and annual maintenance and repair of farm equipment, tractors, vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm environment using hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Assist with general farm tasks including heavy lifting and operating heavy machinery to support daily operations.

Skills

• Experience in an agricultural or farm setting.
• Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, tractors, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Experience with equine care or other specific livestock is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate hand tools effectively.
• All tasks above can be trained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
