* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on farm machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
* Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy loads, greenhouse upkeep, and general farm maintenance.
* Follow strict safety standards during all operations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Skills
* Proven experience in farming or agricultural work with solid knowledge of crop cultivation and greenhouse management.
* Skilled in operating farm machinery such as tractors, power tools, greenhouses, irrigation systems, and forklifts.
* Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance; welding skills are a plus.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
* Familiarity with safety standards in agricultural production environments.
* Knowledge of irrigation systems and crop growing techniques for optimal yield.
* Outdoor work experience in variable weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
