Job Description

We are seeking independent, motivated, and dependable people to join our farm team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in farming operations and equipment maintenance. This role involves operating and working on heavy machinery and semi trucks.

Duties

• Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, semi trucks, and irrigation systems.
• Perform equipment repairs, welding, and general maintenance to farm equipment
• Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting, and hauling row crops.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery repair and maintenance
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Welding skills or experience with equipment repair is a plus
• Class A CDL or willingness to obtain one

Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Hours will vary by season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
