ABOUT THE JOB:

We operate 1,600 acres of irrigated crop land under center pivots, growing alfalfa, grain hays, and corn for silage. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team and help with daily farm and ranch operations.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Operating tractors, swathers, loaders, and other farm equipment
• Working with center pivot irrigation systems (maintenance, repairs, setup)
• Planting, spraying, baling, and hauling hay and silage
• Equipment and facility maintenance
• General farm and occasional ranch labor
• Working extended hours during peak seasons

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Farm or ranch experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined and able to operate equipment
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Dependable and self-motivated
