Field Labor / Harvest Operator

Job Description

Operating bean picker/harvester in fields surrounding Sturgis, MI area during our 2026 green bean processing season. Positions on both day and night shift available.Will train to operate picker but experience is a plus. Driver’s License required.

*Selected employee will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and E-Verify*

Work Location: Sturgis, MI (+travel)
