Job Description
*Job Overview*
We are seeking a *skilled operator *to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, particularly track loaders and skid steers, and will be responsible for performing tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
*Responsibilities*
* Operate equipment safely and efficiently to perform various tasks such as digging, grading, and moving materials.
* Regularly inspect and maintain equipment
* Work with other team members
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Read site plans and shoot grades
*Requirements*
* Proven experience operating skid steers and loaders
* Familiarity with construction practices and safety regulations
* Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working in various weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A valid driver’s license and good driving record
