Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Produce Farm Grower Assistant to help with daily crop production and farm operations. Responsibilities include planting, watering, harvesting, weed control, greenhouse maintenance, and general field work. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors, able to perform physical labor, and willing to learn modern growing practices. Previous farming or agricultural experience is preferred but not required. Competitive hourly pay with flexible scheduling based on the growing season.
