About the Production Job
Join our growing dairy manufacturing team and become part of a fast-paced operation where no two days are the same. We’re looking for a hands-on manufacturing generalist who enjoys learning new skills, adapting to changing production needs, and growing with our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in dairy manufacturing. You’ll receive on-the-job training in the production of hard cheese, cheese curds, buttermilk, traditional yogurt, and Greek yogurt while gaining experience across multiple areas of our production process. As our plant continues to grow and evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and advance your career.
What You’ll Do
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, including processing, mixing, packaging, and filling equipment.
Learn and assist with the production of cheese, yogurt, and cultured dairy products.
Follow FDA, HACCP, CGMP, and company food safety and quality standards.
Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic manufacturing environment.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency and food safety.
Complete basic production documentation and perform measurements, weights, and inventory tracking.
Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment when needed (training available if applicable).
Support different production areas as business needs evolve.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in food manufacturing or a production environment is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
Interest in learning dairy processing, including cheese and yogurt production.
Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, or food safety practices is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are beneficial.
Basic math skills for measurements, production records, and inventory.
Forklift experience or certification is helpful but not required.
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality products safely.

Pay: $16.50–$23.00 per hour
