*Position Overview*
As a Tractor Driver, you’ll operate our tractor and wagon (capacity: 60 customers) while providing excellent customer service in an outdoor farm environment. The tractor is a stick-shift (standard).
*Key Responsibilities*
* Drive tractor with attached wagon for hayrides
* Provide exceptional customer care and hospitality
* Set up equipment and maintain clean, presentable work areas
* Greet customers and explain farm rules for safety
* Share information about the farm and activities via PA system on the tractor
* Cross-training available for petting zoo operations
*Schedule & Hours*
* *Farm Hours:* 9am-10pm daily (October hours)
* *Peak Times:* Weekends (highest customer volume)
* *Commitment:* 10-30 hours per week (approximately 2-5 shifts, 1 shift per weekend)
* *Flexibility:* Choose your available days, and we’ll schedule accordingly

Requirements
* *Age:* 18+ with valid, non-expired driver’s license, clean driving record
* *Availability:* Minimum 10-30 hours per week, 1 shift per weekend
* *Physical Requirements:*
* Lift 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
* Stand/sit for entire shifts
* Climb up and down from tractor
* Project voice clearly for customer communication
* *Personal Qualities:*
* Prompt and dependable
* Team player
* Likes to share info
* Enthusiastic about outdoor work
* Excellent interpersonal skills
