Job Description

*Location:* Veguita, NM
*Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
*Positions Available:* 1

*About the Role*

We are looking for a *hard‑working, reliable, and mechanically inclined* laborer to support daily farm operations and ongoing construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is *hands‑on, comfortable with tools, and experienced in building, fixing, and working outdoors*.

You will work closely with our farm manager on a variety of tasks including greenhouse construction, repairs, equipment setup, and general farm labor.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist with *greenhouse building, repairs, and structural projects*
* Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
* Support farm tasks including planting, trellising, irrigation setup, and general maintenance
* Build, assemble, or repair farm infrastructure as needed
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
* Follow all safety procedures and instructions from the farm manager

*Requirements*

* *Strong mechanical or construction skills* (building, fixing, assembling, etc.)
* Comfortable using tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, ladders, etc.
* Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
* Farm, ranch, greenhouse, or agricultural experience is a plus
* Must be dependable with *consistent attendance*
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Preferred Experience*

(Not required, but highly valued)

* Greenhouse construction
* Carpentry or basic construction
* Irrigation installation
* Equipment setup or light mechanical work
* Previous cannabis farm or outdoor labor experience

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
