Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Turkey Mover to join our team in Fort Recovery.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
Loading & delivering turkeys in a cautious manner.
Following all biosecurity practices and SOPs as they relate to the position.
Completing all required paperwork neatly and completely.
Must be 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to be on feet for prolonged period of time
