Jasper Wyman & Son is seeking a hard-working, dependable individuals for seasonal AND full-time, year-round work at our C & D Farming Operation in Deblois, Maine. We are currently seeking to fill several full-time, year-round, benefits eligible positions on our farm:
* General Farm Labor (full time, year round)
* Field Scout (Seasonal, April through September – possible full time, year round)
*Sample Responsibilities*
* Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including forklifts and hand tools.
* Engage in daily farming operations, ensuring adherence to agricultural best practices.
* Assist with irrigation and crop management to promote optimal crop growth.
* Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, utilizing mechanical knowledge and welding skills.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve farming goals efficiently.
* Traverse Blueberry fields and scout for pests, weeds, etc.
* Complete required documentation via paper or technology.
