Cannabis Cultivation Associate

Job Description

Seeking an industrious individual with a positive attitude and passion for growing cannabis. Cover letter is required for application. Cultivationor janitorial experience is preferable. We take pride in producing a superior grade product, and are looking for an individual who contributes to our mission. This position is hard work and requires attentiveness to detail and process. Ability to work within a team is critical. Also, cleaning is a big part of the job.

*POSITION: Cultivation Specialist*

This is a labor intensive position. As we are a small company, the below duties are listed to help inform you of the job, and are not all inclusive.

* Cleaning Tasks
* Watering
* Pruning
* Cloning
* Transplant
* Filling pots with dirt
* Moving plants
* Mixing nutrients
* Waste destruction
* Cleaning grow rooms
* Harvesting
* Assisting cultivation management in other areas

You will be part of a highly productive team responsible for managing a perpetual harvest cycle. While we are seeking individuals with experience, your openness to learning and using our cultivation methods is important. We expect many individuals to apply for this position. *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*

1 year+ garden experience or equivalent. Experience in a teamwork environment. Must be reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Positive, can-do attitude, team player with a strong work ethic. Able to lift 30+ pounds on a regular basis. Must be 21 years of age. Must pass criminal background check. Valid Washington State driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one).
