*AG Equipment Operator Requirements:*
* 1+ Years of Farm Hand/AG Labor OR Operating Agricultural/ Heavy Equipment or Mechanical Repair experience required
* Ability to work extended hours during busy agricultural seasons (up to 60–75 hours per week) required
* CDL + Tanker/Hazmat Endorsement or willing to obtain after hire required
* Pass Pesticide Licensing Test or willing to obtain after hire required
* Experience Operating Loaders, Forklifts, Sprayers, Spreaders, Tractors, or AG/Material Handling Equipment preferred

*AG Equipment Operator Responsibilities:*
* This role involves operating agricultural equipment to support crop application and field operations
* Responsibilities include running sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, applicator rigs, and tender trucks to apply fertilizers and crop protection products
* Additional duties include loading and mixing products, transporting materials to job sites, performing basic equipment inspections and maintenance, and assisting with fertilizer blending and agronomy facility operations
* Work may also include operating loaders, forklifts, tractors, and other farm or material-handling equipment, as well as assisting with basic equipment repairs and maintenance
