Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Mechanic to assist with maintenance and repair of farm equipment and vehicles. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn mechanical skills in an agricultural setting.

* *Location:* Waldo, FL
* *Job Type:* Full-time
* *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed

Responsibilities

* Assist with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining tractors, harvesters, and other farm machinery.
* Perform routine inspections, oil changes, and part replacements.
* Maintain a clean and organized workshop area.
* Help with ordering parts and keeping maintenance records up to date.
* Adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required.
* Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn.
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
