*Job Overview*

In search of a fulltime ranch foreman with experience and skills in haying and cattle operations. Role will include overseeing haying crews during alfalfa and grass/grain hay harvest, managing pivot irrigation, overseeing cattle hands and operations, overseeing infrastructure and equipment maintenance and operation.

Applicants should be comfortable and experienced in overseeing and directing multiple employees. Applicants should be comfortable and familiar with the production of baled forage (big square bales specifically). Applicants should be comfortable and familiar with operation and use of center pivot irrigation (not a requirement, but greatly preferred). Applicants should be comfortable and familiar with a range of farm equipment operation. Knowledge and familiarity of cattle production is preferred, but not required. If you only fit the farming division requirements, feel free to still apply.

Additional Preferred Skills:

* Ability to communicate basic instructions in Spanish
* Mechanically inclined
* Commercial drivers license, or ability to operate a semi
* Welding experience
* Basic electrical knowledge and experience

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
