*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. We are also looking for a Maintenance Tech for our property management. 50% Farmhand and 50% Maintenance Man. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and a strong understanding of equipment operation, and maintenance. This role is essential in supporting daily farm operations, ensuring the well-being of vines and maintaining farm machinery. *Responsibilities*
* Operate and maintain various types of farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, including welding and using power tools.
* Work with the team as needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
* Participate in planting, growing, and harvesting crops while adhering to agricultural best practices.
* Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water supply for crops.
* Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment for various farming tasks.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm facilities and equipment.
* Repair Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC Issues at Properties
* Turn Apartments as necessary
*Experience*
* Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred.
* Supervising experience is a plus for overseeing team members.
* Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery operation and repair is essential.
* Experience with horticulture or greenhouse operations is beneficial.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely.
