Job Description

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Harvest Elevator Worker to join our agricultural operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery used during harvest season, ensuring the efficient transfer of crops from fields to storage facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with machine operation, and a commitment to safety standards in production environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality food production and support sustainable farming practices through precise manual handling and heavy equipment operation.

*Responsibilities*

* Dump and load grain from railcars and trucks.
* Operate grain dryers and other grain handling equipment.
* Assist with grain receiving, handling, and storage operations.
* Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Complete basic maintenance and other duties as assigned.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures to support a zero-injury workplace.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

*Qualifications*

* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Ability to lift up to 55 lbs without assistance.
* Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in confined spaces or at heights.
* Able to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and outdoor environments.
* Willing to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays during harvest season.
* Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic.

*Requirements*

* Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
* Completion of ADM Contractor General Orientation (Gatefeed) before starting.
* N95 Respirator Medical Clearance and Fit Test required prior to start.

*Shift Timings: 1st*

*Weekly schedule: * 40 hours weekly + OT

Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour

License/Certification:
* High school diploma or GED (Required)
