We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Technician specializing in Dairy processes to join our night shift team. This role involves maintaining and operating dairy equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting the production of high-quality dairy products. *Duties*
* Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment to ensure efficient dairy processing during night shifts
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filtration systems and associated machinery
* Conduct quality checks and document process parameters to maintain product standards
* Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment in compliance with safety standards
* Support plant safety protocols by identifying potential hazards and maintaining a clean work environment
* Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues
* Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience or knowledge in manufacturing equipment in the dairy industry. HMI interface. CIP systems.
* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques
* Strong understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and plant environment
* Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
