*Responsibilities*

* Operate and monitor industrial equipment used in dairy production, including pasteurizers and packaging machinery
* Follow strict State and FDA protocols & manufacturing Practices standards to ensure food safety and quality throughout the production process.
* Assist with sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness of all production areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
* Package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and handling according to food industry regulations,
* Conduct routine inspections of machinery and production lines; troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

*Requirements (Stated pay is subject to discussion based on your experience.)*

* Prior experience or knowledge of manufacturing or food processing environments preferred but not required; training will be provided
* Learning & Understanding of food safety management principles
* Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and troubleshoot mechanical issues with mechanical knowledge (to be learned)
* Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards in food production is a plus
* Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
