*Job Summary*
As Tractor Driver and Tour Guide you will be responsible for giving our guest tractor rides and leading tours of Wilson’s Orchard & Farm. As tour guide it is important that you are a good communicator, educator, personable, able to tell stories, and entertain guests. As a tractor driver you will be pulling a trailer with 20-30 guests, safe driving and attention to detail are imperative.

Main Responsibilities
* Work with management to organize and carry out tractor rides and tours of our Orchard & Farm.
* Ensure the safety of our guests, especially that the tractor is always operated safely.
* Ensure that the tractor and trailer are in good condition before and after tractor rides.
* Consistently provide outstanding service to all guests.Take care to represent the Wilson’s brand well in your interactions with guests.
* Work with management to organize and execute regular tractor and trailer preventative maintenance.
* Keep the tractor, trailer, and surrounding areas of the farm clean.

*Other Responsibilities*
* Work with other teams in the company as needed; when not giving rides or tours you may be asked to work in the Market, Smokehouse, or Orchard & Farm.
*Candidate Requirements*
* Experience driving tractors or manual vehicles with trailers.
* Highly competent, safe driver with valid driver’s license with excellent safety record.
* Hard worker.
* On-time, good time management.
* Positive, problem solving attitude.
* Respectful to all coworkers and customers.
* Ability to perform basic maintenance on the tractor, trailer, and other farm equipment.
*Preferred Skills*
* Strong mechanical abilities.
* Experience driving manual vehicles with trailers in hilly and rough terrain.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
