Join our team as a Farm Laborer, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our ranch. You will be involved in animal care, equipment operation, maintenance, and all general activities, contributing to the health and productivity of livestock and crops alike. *Responsibilities*

* Assist with animal care such as feeding, watering, grooming, and health monitoring of livestock and animals including horses, cattle, dogs, cats, and chickens.
* Operate farm machinery and equipment including tractors, tractor implements and haying equipment, skidsteers, forklifts, power tools, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
* Handle manual labor tasks such as heavy lifting, planting, harvesting, and pruning to support crop production.
* Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures for animals and equipment while ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
* Support livestock management activities including fencing repairs, animal handling, and ensuring proper shelter conditions.
* Assist with general farm upkeep including cleaning tools, organizing supplies, and maintaining records related to farm operations.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in agricultural or farm settings.
* Certification or experience operating forklifts, agricultural tractors, heavy equipment, and power tools.
* Strong animal care skills with knowledge of livestock handling and animal husbandry practices.
* Mechanical knowledge for repairing agricultural machinery and performing routine maintenance tasks a plus.
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina outdoors.
* Familiarity with agriculture/crop planting and care/haying.
* Experience with safety standards in ranch environments and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
* Basic math skills for measuring materials or calculating feed rations; proficiency with hand tools is a plus.
* Knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations).
* Outdoor work experience across various weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency.
