We are currently seeking a Dairy Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team at our brand new, state of the art dairy facility in Cherry Creek, NY! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
*Responsibilities:*
* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
* Estimate time and extent of repairs
* Perform routine preventive maintenance
* Maintain material and supply inventory
* Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Problem solving and strong communication skills a must
*Experience Required:*
* Refrigeration knowledge preferred
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* General carpentry
* Building exterior maintenance

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
