Looking for key person to join my team producing small grains, grass seed and specialty crops. Some ag experience is required but more important is your ability and willingness to learn, a positive attitude is a must! Your days will vary depending upon the season and will include equipment operation/maintenance, herbicide spraying, seed cleaning operations, truck driving etc. On the job training is possible. Currently looking for both part-time and full-time positions.
When responding to this position please specify any truck driving experience, mention what kind of farm equipment (are you experienced with GPS guidance systems?) you have experience with and why you are interested in working here. This job does not require a CDL but the ability to learn to drive a truck is required so any prior experience is helpful.
Take December off with pay! Given the seasonal nature of dryland farming we can slack off in December and focus on family, that side hustle or just go snowmobiling and skiing! My employees tend to become part of the family and are valued beyond the service provided. I hope to meet you soon!

Pay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Farming: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CDL or the ability to drive a semi truck (Preferred)
