You are effective at strategizing and building quality prospecting pipelines
You grow and maintain a high-level of product and value-add services knowledge
You build key employee relationships with our top local, regional and national carriers

Misc. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of related sales experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Insurance experience in Ag/Farm is a plus
Experience with MS office software products preferred
