*Diamond J. Whitetails* seeks *Animal Production Technician/Farmworker (White-Tailed Deer)*. 1 Full-Time Position; Worksite: 498 Jones Rd., Haughton, LA 71037. Salary: $41,038/year.
Duties: Perform artificial insemination of deer; monitor reproductive cycles; maintain breeding/health records; assist with pregnancy diagnosis and fawning; feed and care for animals; maintain enclosures and farm areas; coordinate with veterinarians.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; Certification – Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Basics; 1 year experience with artificial insemination and animal reproduction of white-tailed deer; ability to handle animals; lift 50 lbs.; and work outdoors in varying weather with flexible schedule during breeding season.
