*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and possess a variety of skills that contribute to the efficient operation of our farm. This role involves hands-on work in various aspects of farm prodution and distrubution, including harvesting and crop maintenance, washing, sorting, and packing fresh produce, and delivery. The Farm Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring the productivity and sustainability of our agricultural practices.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in our feilds
* Wash, sort and pack produce
* Maintain a clean and organized pack shed area
* Deliver orders 1-2 afternoons/week
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
*Requirements*
* Seasonal avaibility May through November with a set weekly schedule.
* Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts.
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this position.Join us in contributing to sustainable farming practices while gaining valuable experience in the agricultural field.
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
