Christensen Farms in Alma, Nebraska is seeking a dependable, experienced Farm Hand who works well in a team environment!! If you have a love for agriculture and enjoy having a variety of tasks each day, we would love to hear from you!

Farm Hand Compensation & Benefits:
· $22-27 per hour based on experience
· Paid Time and half when working on the weekends
· Bonus
· Paid time off
· Beef
· Work pickup

Farm Hand Job Duties include:
· Assist with planting and spraying
· Operate a grain cart
· Operate a combine
· Knowledge and experience operating John Deere equipment and technology
· Cut, rake and bale
· Operate a disc and drill
· Irrigate
· Drive a Semi-Truck
· General maintenance and repairs on equipment and fence
· Assist with cattle as needed

Farm Hand Schedule: Hours vary based on season
· Regular season: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating weekends for chores
· Busy season: Monday – Saturday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. A CDL is not required.
